Our staff guides are all avid hunters with years of experience. They survey the ranch continuously throughout the year, and work hard to make sure your hunt is successful. The guides will recommend the method of hunting, based on his experience and knowledge. Each hunter is provided a guide in helping them find the deer of his or her choice. Depending on a variety of circumstances, he might recommend hunting by walking, sitting or rattling horns. Sitting in blinds is our preferred way of hunting.

The lodge serves family style meals three times a day. Our chef's daily menu varies from authentic South Texas meals to elegant gourmet cuisine. Of course, any special dietary needs or requests will be accommodated.

In the evenings, you'll enjoy relaxing by a camp fire and visiting about the day of hunting with friends. We want to make your stay a carefree and enjoyable one, so just bring your personal hunting equipment, hunting license, and get ready for a South Texas brush country adventure!

Eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, toast, assorted fresh fruit, cereals, biscuits, rolls, coffee, all types of juices and a variety of other drinks. Often, a Mexican style breakfast is prepared to provide breakfast tacos with spicy salsas and refried beans.

Grilled chicken with pasta, a mixed greens salad, tortilla soup, a variety of juices, tea, and soft drinks.

Stuffed bacon wrapped quail or shrimp cocktail appetizers, grilled rib-eye, baked potato, grilled vegetables, mixed greens salad, a variety of juices, tea, soft drinks, red and white wine and an assortment of domestic beers.
